By accessing or using Cloud Sector Networks' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
Cloud Sector Networks provides high-speed fiber internet connectivity to residential and business customers. Service details, including speeds, data limits, and pricing, are specified in your service agreement and plan documentation.
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Payments are due by the 5th of each month. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement.
Cloud Sector Networks commits to providing reliable service with target uptime as specified in your plan. In the event of service interruptions, we will make every effort to restore service promptly. Credits for prolonged outages may be provided as outlined in your SLA.
You agree not to use our services to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content; engage in network attacks or unauthorized access attempts; or consume excessive bandwidth that degrades service for other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.
Cloud Sector Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the affected service period.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Cloud Sector Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for non-payment or violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must return any equipment provided.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
